What lead up to the ban: AI called out that a Clown was fond of going into chapel maintenance, as a Detective I checked it out, found them in what was blatantly a hidden room that they refused to step out of. Problem was that it was Green alert and I failed to get a warrant for any searches.
There was a whole other thing with them also being a Syndicate Agent and HoS's bad handling of that, but I was told after the fact that the main thing that gave the ban was the whole "no warrant gained on Green" issue.
Why you should be unbanned: It geniunely took me until after the ban had happened and Taydeo explained that I realized what I actually did wrong there; I had mistakenly assumed that "reasonable suspicion" applied to Green as well as Blue, when in reality it's just Blue. In my defense literally every other instance that "reasonable suspicion" came up for me it was already Blue from some other thing and so I likely correlated "reasonable suspicion" to suspicious activity in general due to that collective experience rather than the actual specific alert levels it comes into effect for, and thus a failure to get a warrant or at least suspicion out on the Clown is on me. Still, kind of harsh to do this.
