Cosmic Cult 2.5

Cosmic Cult has received many changes to how the gamemode flows and what cultists can do. Additional changes have been made to supporting systems (such as de-implanting), and other systems receive rippling changes from new systems added here.

Game Flow Changes:

All chaplain interactions and immunities regarding the Cosmic Cult have been removed.
A.P.Es can now fire Lambda-Stabilizer particles. These are effective on Malign Rifts.
Malign Rifts must now be Purged using A.P.Es set to Lambda-Stabilizer particles.
The Containment Oubliette is now available for construction by Science. Works on Anomaly Infections, Cosmic Cultists, and Heretics.
Cultists must now be deconverted using the Containment Oubliette.
The Cargo Department can now purchase the Anomalous Containment Supplies crate. This crate contains an Oubliette Circuit Board and two A.P.E circuit boards.
The Finale has been completely bugfixed - it can no longer complete too quickly, and will always play music correctly.
There is now a new, more flavorful end-of-round scenario for when the cosmic cult wins.

Cultist Changes:

Cultists can now use Null Fragmentation to convert Cyborgs into Colossi. This causes a minor station crisis, wherein crew has a little over 2 minutes to destroy the conversion ritual. Cult-created Colossi are weaker than midround ones.
Siphon Entropy no longer deals damage. It now has delayed randomized effects that will randomly come into effect up to several minutes later. This can stack, queuing up more and more randomized effects as you are repeatedly siphoned.
Vacuous Spires (through the Glyph of Cessation) are now available at Tier 2.
Vacuous Spires now have a cap to how much Entropy they can generate, with a reward for reaching said cap. (cap of 7. A bonus stack of 5 entropy is awarded for reaching this cap.)
Cultists' "Null Fragmentation" can now only be used once. (bugfix)
Colossi' "Slumber Shell" can now only be used twice. (bugfix)

De-implanting Changes:

Implants can now be tagged as Fragile. Fragile implants are destroyed upon removal.
Mindshields are now Fragile Implants. (This makes mind-shields always "crush" with a standard implanter, similar to how the fast-draw works for Revs, this thus affects all modes that involve mindshield removal.)

Rippling changes:

Blood Cultists can now be deconverted using the Containment Oubliette.
Anomaly Infections on Crew can now be optionally expunged using the Containment Oubliette.
Heretics can now be de-powered by using the Containment Oubliette. This resets the Heretic to square 1, erasing all Knowledge, Unlocks, and Progress. This serves as a non-lethal way of "safely" neutralizing a heretic, without fully removing their ability to actually play the antagonist, and serves as a rather decent punishment/penalty for being captured.

Other New Things:

Λ-CDM spike events can now occur across all gamemodes.
Added Malign Anomaly Infection as a rare spawn.

Removals:

The cosmic cult null rod transformation has been removed. This was a theme violation.
The Ardent Censer has been removed, as it no longer serves a purpose.

The guidebook for Cosmic Cult has been significantly updated to cover all aforementioned features.

Excess Power Utilization

Two new machines have been added to Engineering that makes actual use of excess power: the Power Transmission Point, and the Anti-Matter Fabricator.

The Power Transmission Point is a large machine that allows Engineering to sell off excess generated power for money when powered with an HV wire. How much energy is sold off is set on a UI where a MW value can be manually inputted.

The Anti-Matter Fabricator is a large machine that allows Engineering to directly produce anti-matter fuel by using excess power from an HV wire. More Anti-Matter is made when it's power load is set higher.

Alongside these two machines, an upgraded SMES, named the BLES, has been added.

Item Additions

Added a new security sidearm, the RG-2 Energy Pistol, funtioning similar to the HoS Multiphase or Detectives Energy revolver, its a projectile based energy weapon with two fire modes: Lethal and Disable, it can be also researched and printed at the security techfab. - by ThatOneMoon
