Syndie-kits

Added Syndie-kits: an Uplink purchase that costs 100 TC which spawns a random bundle of items from a list of 7 themed kits when bought. Each kit contains a preset of items based on their theme that are usually rare or impossible to obtain through other means, as well as a selection of standard traitor gear, and relevant tools and clothing.

Each kit is balanced to contain around 150-200 TC in item value, and the themes of the 7 kits are: Budget Ninja, Slasher, Chemical, Hacker, Hunter, Undercover, and Urist McBond.

New items are also introduced with this:

Disruptor pen, access breaker side-grade with 10 charges, but no recharge. Is also a pen, with deep red signatures. Ninja Kit Exclusive
Syndicate Chainsaw, a stronger chainsaw with more slash/structural damage. Slasher Kit Exclusive.
Armored Apron, Web Vest sidegrade with -10% piercing and +20% heat resist. Slasher Kit Exclusive
Dart Gun, a faster-firing Syringe Gun, uses darts as ammo. Chemical Kit Exclusive
EMP Flashlight, looks like a flashlight, but hitting something releases an EMP
Syndicate Radio, a tiny radio with no speaker, usable as a listening bug on the Syndicate Radio channel
Syndicate Merc Helmet. Hunter Kit Exclusive
Switchblade. Undercover Kit Exclusive
Chameleon HUD glasses. Bond Kit Exclusive

Re-Blob

Blob has been re-tuned to be less of a curb-stomp for either side, and reintroduced back into the round-start pool with a very low chance (5%).

To prevent early curb-stomps of Blobs, the Blob has been given 300 points to start off with so that it may grow quicker at the beginning and defend itself more adequately. This significantly reduces the chance the main game-mode is over immediately due to someone happening to find the Blob immediately, and also allows them to take higher-risk starting placements if they so choose instead of the same "safe start" spots every round.

In the other direction, the Blob has been re-tuned to be less frustrating to fight against by weakening some things and providing more options in other areas:

Blob Pods/Drops now have 50% less HP (going from 50 to 25) as they now act more like a Swarm-style enemy due to factories continuously producing them when they die.

All Blob infestation tiles now take 2.2x damage from Slash (base modifier from 0.25x -> 0.55x, though the 2.2x increase stacks up consistently across all Blob tile types). For example, this allows Security knives to break standard Blob tiles in 4 swings, giving a higher reward for the higher risk involved with melee, as well as providing a consistent resourceless backup option for Crew damage output when ammo or laser charge runs dry (instead of just being practically helpless afterward), and allowing more crew to contribute meaningfully to the fight if they are unable to obtain Heat weapons.

The Explosive Lattice Blob type (Red) has also been re-tuned in purpose to be less frustrating to deal with. It loses direct damage overall for massively increased structural damage, making short work of things like Reinforced Walls. Against players, Red Blob hits now does 0 direct damage and a 15 damage explosion, down from the previous 25, reducing how quickly it kills Crew, as well as being far less likely to unintentionally gib them. As well as this, Red Blob now takes 30% more damage from Piercing, reducing its longevity somewhat.

Electromagnetic Web (Blue EMP) and Regenerative Materia (Purple) Blob have had their damage and resistance values bug fixed to be the same as was listed, with Electromagnetic Web now taking 50% more damage from all Brute Damage instead of the listed 20% and the bugged 100%. Reflective Blob Tiles now take a bit less damage from Heat sources (going from 1.5x to 1.0x) as Reflectives are meant to be the expensive counter to this specific damage type.

Cargo Additions and Changes

Added a brand new departmental techfab for cargo, able to create most cargo and salvage related items, alongside being able to print out Plasteel and Plasma/Uranium glass sheets.
Added a brand new Material bag, working similar to other item bags, but for processed materials such as steel/glass/plastic sheets, gold/silver ingots, cloth rolls and so on. Available to be printed out from the Cargo Techfab.
The Ore Bag has been given updated functionality and is now able to hold salvage scrap items as well, renamed into the scrap bag and given a updated description.
Equipment and Treasure Loot tables for salvage have been partially cleaned up, multiple useless or redundant items have been removed or placed in different rarities, with a few items being added to replace the removed ones.
Scrap items found from salvage now contain more plastic on average.
Treasure items now have updated descriptions clarifying that the items are intended to be sold.
The sell price and recycle values of most treasure items have also been increased.

Antag Changes

The Declare Open Revolt button for Head Revs now must be pressed twice on a delay for confirmation, preventing accidental activations. This functions in the exact same way as the Death Acidifier's confirmation sequence.
Smoke Implanter's cooldown has been changed from 20 seconds to 35 seconds. This leaves a gap where no smoke may exist from the Implant for 20 seconds total, up from the previous 5 seconds.
The following items are now available in the Syndicate Uplink: EMP flashlight (15 TC), Empty Reagent Implanter (12 TC), Syndicate radio (3 TC).
